Role Overview
As a Finance Evaluation Specialist, you will assess AI systems’ performance in finance domains, ensuring tasks and rubrics reflect genuine professional practice. Your evaluations will help maintain rigorous standards and improve AI capabilities in real assets and project finance.
$150-$200 per hour | 10-40 hrs/week | Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate whether finance tasks are realistic, well-scoped, and representative of professional practice.
- Inspect task environments and workflows for clarity, usability, and domain fidelity.
- Review scoring rubrics for technical correctness and alignment with tasks.
- Identify ambiguity and unsupported requirements in evaluation criteria.
- Apply rubrics to sample outputs and assess their effectiveness.
- Provide structured written feedback and recommend improvements.
- Participate in calibration to support consistent evaluation standards.
Core Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in real-estate underwriting, project finance, or natural-resources investing.
- Strong cash-flow modeling, valuation, debt-structuring, and sensitivity-analysis skills.
- Ability to connect legal, technical, operating, and market inputs to financial outcomes.
- Excellent written communication and ability to explain correctness of work.
- Experience reviewing analysts, approving work, or setting quality standards is valuable.
