Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to lead and expand its trade and project finance offering across US and UK offices. The hire will work on complex cross-border financings, energy infrastructure and trade-related transactions, and will be a senior relationship manager for key institutional and corporate clients.
The role offers a platform with established Capital Markets and Energy practices and significant US scale. The team is selective on lateral additions and seeks a partner who can both originate new mandates and help build succession depth within the group.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in project finance, trade finance and energy-related financings
- Significant experience advising on cross-border transactions and coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams
- Strong client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to develop and mentor more junior lawyers
