Project Finance Officer

The Project Finance Officer will be responsible for the operational support and prepare ad-hoc reports for the Finance Manager.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Project administration, finance, and intercompany billing up to the creation of outgoing invoices and their dispatch to the customer
  • Accounting and cost allocation of all customer project related services
  • Support of the Finance manager in ad-hoc analyses
  • Monthly closing preparation and management reporting
  • Collaboration in the further development and optimization of controlling processes
  • Financial point of contact for the financial accounting and tax departments, as well as with the project controlling specialists at the international locations


The Successful Applicant

Project Finance Officer

The ideal candidate:

  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience in finance/controlling/accounting
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance
  • Fluent in English and French OR Dutch
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Good command in Excel
  • Strong service and customer orientation as well as team spirit
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility and stress resilient
