Project Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead and empower a motivated team in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze financials and key performance indicators at multiple levels
  • Review projects and evaluate financial implications
  • Partner with project teams for financial management and forecasting
  • Conduct training sessions on accounting standards and best practices
  • Guide team members through career development and retention
  • Provide reporting and analysis to executive leadership
  • Advise internal clients on financial requests
  • Facilitate external and client audits
  • Promote and drive diversity initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • Minimum of 11 years relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in Excel and basic computer software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present complex information
  • Ability to lead and manage change effectively
  • Strong project management skills and strategic perspective

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience
