Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and empower a motivated team in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze financials and key performance indicators at multiple levels
- Review projects and evaluate financial implications
- Partner with project teams for financial management and forecasting
- Conduct training sessions on accounting standards and best practices
- Guide team members through career development and retention
- Provide reporting and analysis to executive leadership
- Advise internal clients on financial requests
- Facilitate external and client audits
- Promote and drive diversity initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- Minimum of 11 years relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel and basic computer software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present complex information
- Ability to lead and manage change effectively
- Strong project management skills and strategic perspective
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
