Project Finance Credit Analyst, VP

International Bank seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join their New York office, focused on Project Finance (Renewable Energy in particular).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct credit analysis and loan reviews for project and structured finance transactions (both bilateral and syndicated), with a focus on renewable energy.
• Participate in Deal Structuring, Risk Analysis, and Due diligence for new transactions as well as monitoring the existing portfolio
• Prepare credit reports for new facilities, renewals, and amendments, including review of financial models and consultant reports.

Skills/ Experience Required

• 8+ years in a Project Finance/ Structured Finance Risk role, ideally in Banking.
• Demonstrable time spent focused on Renewable or Traditional Energy transactions
• Degree in Business/ Finance/ Economics or related discipline. CFA/ MBA welcomed
