Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Finance Associate to join our dynamic and market-leading team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project finance, investment banking, renewable energy finance, or a related field, and will play a key role in the structuring, modeling, execution, and management of project financing transactions across our core markets. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual who will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial solutions that support the construction and operation of our renewable energy assets.

What you will do:

  • Manage and monitor project finance agreements, ensuring ongoing compliance with financial covenants, reporting obligations, and stakeholder requirements..
  • Support the structuring and execution of project-level and corporate financing, including negotiation of term sheets, credit agreements, due diligence coordination, and closing documentation.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models to evaluate project economics, assess risk, and support investment decisions across the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with development, legal, technical, transaction and finance teams to deliver bankable and commercially viable financial solutions.
  • Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic decisions, identify emerging trends, and support pipeline development.
  • Prepare high-quality investment materials, including financial models, presentations, and memoranda for internal committees, lenders, and investors.

Your profile

What you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, renewable energy finance, or a related field.
  • ACA qualification or similar (e.g. ACCA, CFA).
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with debt and equity financing structures, particularly in the infrastructure or energy sectors, and a strong understanding of finance agreements, covenant structures and lender reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy industry dynamics, including solar and BESS financing structures a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
