Job summary
A leading banking institution is seeking a Legal Affairs Project Finance Senior Attorney in Turkey to evaluate and provide legal opinions on Project Finance transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Master’s is preferable, and must have at least 5 years of experience in Private Law, especially in Project Finance, Energy Law, and M&A. Qualifications
- Excellent command of English is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Private Law.
- Experience in Project Finance (including Ship Financing), Energy Law and Merger and Acquisition is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide legal opinions on Project Finance and Syndicated Loan transactions.
- Negotiate all documents related to Project Finance and Syndicated Loans.
- Conduct internal approval processes for Project Finance and Syndicated Loans.
- Inform relevant units about applicable legislation.
- Provide internal training on Project Finance and Syndicated Loans from a legal perspective.
