Duties
- Draft primary deal documents for project finance transactions.
- Manage significant responsibilities in mergers and acquisitions matters.
- Collaborate with team members to support client success.
Requirements
- 3rd to 7th year associate experience in Project Finance or Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Strong background in project finance transactions preferred.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
