JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will work as a fully integrated team member on planning, executing, and delivering financial and transaction services in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors (primarily financial engineering, financial modeling as well as M&A services) for international and national project developers, private equity, and infrastructure funds.
- From the beginning, you will receive intensive training on the job to deepen your understanding of the mechanics of financial modeling and engineering, as well as M&A processes.
- You will be coached by a mentor who is available at any time to support you with professional or personal advice. Graduates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position after a successful internship. Writing your thesis in our firm may also be an option, if of interest.
YOUR PROFILE
- Motivated, proactive, reliable, and stress-resistant, with excellent analytical skills
- Currently pursuing a bachelor-/master’s degree from a recognized university or business school with preferably a major in finance, business mathematics, business administration or similar
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and accounting, knowledge of German GAAP is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills, French is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint); experience with analytical tools e.g. Power Query or Power BI is a plus
- Previous internships or work experience in finance is a plus
- Available for a term of at least 4-6 months
