Trainee – Project Finance Renewable Energy (Global Banking & Advisory)

Job Summary: – To be part of the project finance team in India and support the team on advisory and arranging mandates, origination and marketing and provide support on transaction monitoring and compliance aspects including audit exercises.

Main Responsibilities: –

•    Review of various documentation, including information memorandum and finance documents
•    Review of various due diligence materials
•    Assisting in preparation of credit risk analysis, credit applications and other internal approval requests
•    Assisting in preparation of presentations and pitch materials for clients, including contributions to client pitches themselves
•    Research on companies, market and industry trends,
•    Preparation of marketing materials
•    Assisting in preparation of proposals and pitchbooks
•    Assisting in financial projections and credit analysis
•    Support on transaction monitoring and compliance aspects, including audit exercises


Academic Background (degree and major): – Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in Economics / Finance / Legal

Skills & Competencies required: – 

•    Keeps abreast of evolving industry trends and market updates in Finance and Energy sectors in Asia Pacific region
•    Analytical skills and ability to rationalize and communicate complex scenarios
•    Ability to cope with workload pressures with short deadlines
