Project Finance Associate Director
Global Infrastructure and Project Finance Group rates transactions globally covering diverse infrastructure sectors: Transportation, Energy, Toll Roads, Infrastructure.

Key Job Responsibilities

Lead the rating process by preparing internal credit reports for rating committees, analyzing cash flows, and evaluating technical aspects of a project.
Monitor and update credit factors on existing transactions for surveillance purposes.
Author research on individual projects and infrastructure companies as well as industry or sector wide topics for internal and external publication.
Assist in the development and evolution of rating methodologies and criteria.
Present credit views at issuer and investor meetings and conferences.

Key Skills/Experience

5+ of experience performing credit analysis on Project Finance, energy and infrastructure entities in rating agency, buy-side, credit research, banking or other similar environments.
Strong interest and relevant experience in ratings, fixed income research, origination, or capital markets.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
Strong quantitative skills including advanced capabilities with Excel.
Ability to work, lead, and seamlessly integrate in a highly collegial, dynamic, and innovative work environment.
Strong academic background with a degrees in finance, economics or management, CFA a plus.
Able to manage time and resources in a fast growing company.
