The Company
Located in the South-Easter suburbs, our client is a large and highly regarded NFP organisation. They are looking for a skilled Administrator to come on board and assist them with an ongoing finance project.

The Role

  • Data-entry relating tracking invoices already paid
  • Investigating which invoices  are outstanding
  • Reconciling and processing accounts
  • Maintain spreadsheet tracking all data ensuring it is presented in a digestible format
  • Answering any enquiries that come through
  • Track payments of all new orders and invoices
  • Provide stakeholders with timely updates and monthly reporting regarding the project progress

Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an Admin or Finance role
  • Experience using an ERP or CRM
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Experience within a busy organisation with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-starter
