Qualifications: We are seeking an associate with at least two to four years of project finance experience. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with renewable energy transactions involving financing (e.g., construction loans, tax equity, term loans), acquisitions, dispositions and project documents (e.g., O&M agreements, EPC agreements, supply agreements). Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent, detail- oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented. Must be admitted or be eligible for admission to the California Bar.
